Our Story

OUR STORY

Pastors Shane & Jeannie have three children, Casey, Caitlin, & Christina. He and his family have been involved in ministry since 1996. From leading small groups, prison ministry, outreach directors, Bible study groups, foreign mission work, and church planting. From 2002 to 2005 Shane taught a Texas bible college satellite course in Madisonville, Kentucky. They have both attended Kentucky School of Ministry, and Texas Bible college. Jeannie also holds Texas bible college certification of Soteric counseling and is the coordinator of ROLC Deliverance Ministry.

They are a unique ministry team. In 2004 God called them to Henderson, KY to plant a church. In August 2007 they founded River of Life Church. From the beginning their vision for River of Life Church has been a ministry that is focused on the unchurched and leading them to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ.

The Life giving message of the gospel, and the passion and joy of Sunday Celebrations along with the simple style of loving people brings growth to River of Life. As we continue to grow we will expand into the region with other ministries, and church plants that will continue to reach the next generation with the life giving power of the Gospel.
